If their facility blocks outside messages
Some facilities don't allow outside services. If theirs blocks messages, we pause your service. You aren't charged for the pause, and we text you when it's back.
Your account stays yours
You keep your own account on the messaging system their facility uses. You give us written permission to send through it. We never use an account in anyone's name without their permission.
Your messages stay private
We delete message words and pictures after 90 days. We don't sell your information, and this site sets no cookies.
